KonoLive 2GO is really a social version of KonoLive, which allows you to Getting Things Done  TOGETHER with friends and family; into a fun and easy interface. Breaking news: we learned a lot from the KonoLive PRO users, so we reveal a new key feature into the 2GO version: ready-to-use Activity Templates, where you can find an actionable check-list of action items. Imagine you won’t focus on the Planning headache from now, won’t forget anything important, but only enjoy the Doing!

Have a look now and don’t hesitate giving your feedback.

The KonoLive Team

KonoLive has just turned 1 @ the GTD Summit ‘09.

I am excited to share with you that KonoLive 1.0 is now available, and it remains free!

With a better UI, deeper Google Docs integration, multi-criteria filters, bugs fixing, and more…, it makes our Instant Collaboration app a great alternative in the collaboration field. We have also empowered the web: after adding the KonoLive Public Activities Widget for users’ blog few weeks ago, we have now the KonoLive Public Activities timeline in our site, showing the whole community public activities. This service is still in private beta at and will be online very soon. Imagine the power of the community contributions when a KonoLive user gets input from others and can, when relevant, enter into some collaborative work with :-)

We get now a 2 min movie – Enjoy!

KonoLive Release is Around the Corner!

We are so excited to have made it. And now, we want to show you how to empower your work with the social network all around: colleagues, partners, customers… and sometimes even friends and family!

We worked hard all this year to develop an application with a new language for the social productivity. And we decided to share that with you in the heart of the productivity world, at David Allen’s GTD Summit. Have a look at the agenda http://www.gtdsummit.com/agenda and you will be quickly convinced you should attend… Drop by our booth at the Summit, the version 1.0 is here, together with a new web site and movie.

And suddenly, our “Getting Things Done – Together!” makes sense.

KonoLive Releases Public Alpha

RAANANA, Israel, July 14 — KonoLive(TM), the instant collaboration software that launched at DEMO’08 in Palm Desert, CA, in January, has evolved with new, improved functionality and is now available as a public alpha release from http://www.konolive.com/. KonoLive is the instant collaboration software that is defining the future of knowledge sharing by empowering teams and individuals to get things done together.

“During our private alpha phase, hundreds of testers signed up, enthusiastic to start working within the KonoLive collaborative environment. The testers provided us with valuable feedback and deepened our understanding of the collaborative habits and behaviors that occur on a daily basis between teams and individuals”, commented Yossi Dan, co-founder & CEO of 2Win-Solutions, the creator of KonoLive. “Their suggestions and valuable input have assisted us in achieving greater usability and incorporating more functionality into KonoLive, bringing an even more intuitive integration of work and play to the desktop. We invite anyone who has yet to experience KonoLive to download a free trial and become part of a growing community of people who are truly collaborating anytime, anywhere”.

Online, exponential growth of social software is just beginning to tap the potential of collaboration networks. Connections are being created, but are not yet boosting productivity and frustration levels continue to rise while trying to work efficiently with existing collaboration software. KonoLive centralizes, the three core elements of true collaboration – Activities, People and Content – in a unified workspace, providing an intuitive environment that is fully integrated into the applications that people use on a daily basis. This enables team members to work efficiently in familiar territory without having to re-learn another system or solution.

As a unified collaboration space, KonoLive connects activities with relevant content items such as documents, Web pages and media files. This makes them easily accessible, enabling a quick review cycle and providing access to stored information from a single location. KonoLive collects expertise in real time by utilizing collaborative tools such as commenting, stamping, chatting, rating and many more to quickly establish valid contributions. Based on a “rich internet application” client (RIA), KonoLive works both offline and online, enabling everyone to work anytime, anywhere.

KonoLive is one of the first major applications to leverage Adobe(R) AIR(TM), strengthening the connection between the desktop and the Internet by bringing a flash based interface to the desktop, creating a smooth and seamless experience for KonoLive users as they navigate intuitively between applications. Many popular desktop applications, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Windows Media Player and Internet Explorer are tied into the KonoLive environment, enabling users to start leveraging and collaborating with KonoLive within minutes.

KonoLive is currently available for Windows XP, with other operating systems being released later this year.
